What is a Marketing Funnel

Apr 6

What is a Marketing funnel? Why should every marketer use one?

It's a strategy for marketing that is designed to draw new customers to your website. It's a selling method that lets someone browse your website to find information that can solve their issue. You can establish a relationship with each person by making use of specific tools.

This will help to be aware of the needs of each user. This in turn will push you to offer the best possible information for all visitors. When you have gained a visitor's trust the visitor will feel more comfortable purchasing products. The customer will then turn into a buyer.

Certain customers turn out to be very loyal customers, willing to purchase every product you advertise. A marketing funnel includes all the steps needed to bring a frequent user of your site to become a loyal client and purchase every item you offer.

For any internet marketer that is their final objective. It is achievable with a well-designed funnel.

Your promotional materials are attracting people's attention and guiding them to the funnel. Once they've filled out the form on the PERSONAL lead capture page they will be entered into the funnel. I use the word "personal" because nobody is going to opt in to your lead capture for business page. They want a leader to join them, not a small company.

The page for lead capture is where they enter the funnel. When they click the "Sign up Now" or the "Enter here" buttons, they are able to access a whole new world of network marketing.

The best part is that they have qualified themselves to do it. It's their choice. They don't have to buy your services as a leader or mentor. You can also show them ways to get more leads and cash into their businesses.

This is the way a standard marketing funnel works:

The "front-end" The "front-end" is where you create a free offer that will attract and qualify prospective customers who may be interested in purchasing your products further down the sales funnel. To receive your free product you must join (also called opt-in), and provide your email address and name. Then you'll add them to your email list.

Now, you've got those contacts on your list of email addresses and you can also send related offers to them that they may be interested in.

They'll be directed to the page with a low-price offer or trip wire deals immediately after signing to receive the offer for free. This is the moment they will be taken to the "back end" of your funnel.

If the person purchases the lowest priced offer and is accepted, they are directed to a comparable deal at a higher cost (commonly known as an Upsell). Also, the buyer will be taken to the next product when they purchase the same offer at a higher price. The process could be repeated for a number of years.
